Thursdays – 🍺 The Argyle Night Market kicks off Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Argyle Street between Sheridan Road and Kenmore. The free summer event is every Thursday through August 25th and includes live music, food, local vendors and more.

Ongoing –  🌱 The Chicago Park District’s ArtSeed program will hold pop-up events at First Nations Garden on Chicago’s North Side and at three locations on the South Side. The art program, which includes storytelling, music, movement, and playing in nature, will be at Chicago parks Monday through Thursday every week until August 12.

Saturday, July 9 and Sunday, July 10 – 🇵🇷 The Barrio Arts Fest takes place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture (3015 W. Division St). The event features local artists, merchants, food, family activities and traditional music and performers.

Sunday, July 10 – The Vinyl and Vittles Record Fair and Food Market is 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Englewood Village Plaza (5800 S. Halsted). Buy records and enjoy local restaurants and DJs.

Wednesday, July 13 – 🎥 Join the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Cooperativa 1050° and artist Rirkit Tiravanija for a conversation on Mezcal vs. Pulque, an exhibition celebrating Oaxacan artisan tradition. The Facebook Live event starts at 7 p.m.
