💝Fri. Feb. 10, 6 – 9 p.m.

Come for the candle-making experience, and stay for the throwback jams from the millennium and cozy vibes! Join the Gage Park Latinx Council (2711 W. 51st St.) for Crazy In Love: A Y2K-themed candle-making workshop celebrating Valentine’s Day. Tickets are $25 Each ticket lets you make one candle with a custom photo label from the Y2K photo booth and receive one glass of wine. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the GPLXC Cultural Center on Chicago’s Southwest Side.

🌮 Sat. Feb 11, 9:45 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Join Family Style for a run and enjoy some free Korean and Mexican street food from Seoul Taco. Family Style’s food runs are meant to introduce Chicagoans to Asian cuisine and businesses that they may not know about or haven’t had a chance to try. Saturday morning kicks off with a 5k beginning in Wicker Park ending at Seoul Taco (1422 N. Milwaukee Ave.). No RSVP is required.

🎶Sun. Feb.12, 2:30 – 5 p.m.

Community Arts Sustaining Academics (CASA) and the National Museum of Mexican Art (1852 West 19th St.) present a winter concert showcasing CASA’s young and talented performing artists along with notable community musicians. Performers include the Mariachi Sirenas, Chicago’s first all women Mariachi group. Snacks, beverages and entry into raffles are included with purchase of a ticket. Tickets are $10.
