Saturday Sept. 17 and Sunday Sept. 18 – 🎶 Checkout Pilsen Fest, a celebration of diversity, solidarity and unity. The outdoor music festival also features film, arts and crafts, dancing, live painting, activities for kids and food.

Monday, Sept. 19 – ☮️ Chicago is hosting Peace Day, where 193 countries will be represented by their flags. For the 44th annual celebration, the flag ceremony will also include world music, cultural performances and inspiring speakers. The event will take place at 50 W. Washington from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 21 – 🧑‍🍳 The National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture will be hosting Chicago Chefs Cook for Tigray. Proceeds will support humanitarian relief, with an emphasis on women and children living in Tigray and refugees in Sudan.
