Ongoing – 🇺🇦 Borderless has a running list of events organized in Chicago in support of Ukraine. 

Saturday, April 16  – 🍛 Aywa Chicago is hosting a community iftar with food catered by Yamma and live music by NAXÖ! The event starts at 7 p.m. with a 7:45 p.m. Maghrib prayer. Get your tickets tonight here.

Saturday, April 16 – 🎶 Back of The Yards’ Chicago Public Library  (2111 W. 47th St.) is hosting Cantos y Cuentos (Songs and Tales)  for children ages 2 and up. Enjoy a morning filled with story time, dancing, singing and playing from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.! Learn more here.

Ongoing–May 1 – 📷 Visit Acorazar y Amor (To Protect and To Love), a photo exhibition that highlights portraits of service industry workers during the pandemic. Gallery Hours are Wednesday – Sunday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Pilsen Arts and Community House (1637 W 18th St.). Learn more here.
