A collaboration does not transfer ownership of Borderless Magazine&#8217;s reporting or other editorial work, and participating organizations may not present Borderless reporting as their own original reporting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When creating a collaborative post or video using Borderless reporting:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clearly credit Borderless Magazine and the original author or authors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Borderless Magazine content may not be used in:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Native advertising<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sponsored content packages<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any placement that implies Borderless Magazine endorses a product, service, organization, or sponsor<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Borderless Magazine may request that a republished story or any Borderless material be corrected, updated, or removed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Republishers agree to respond promptly to reasonable requests concerning:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copyright or licensing issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Privacy or safety concerns<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unauthorized use of Borderless materials<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Editorial or legal concerns<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other circumstances where continued publication may create a significant issue for Borderless Magazine or its sources<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Borderless Magazine requests a correction or removal, please work with us to address the issue as soon as reasonably possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"liability-and-indemnification\"><b>Liability and Indemnification<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Borderless Magazine provides its stories for republishing \u201cas is.\u201d Republishers assume responsibility for their own use of republished content, including compliance with these guidelines and any applicable
